Welcome

The 2008 Adult Protective Services (APS) Conference will be held Nov. 4-7, 2008 in San Antonio. Now in its 25th year, the conference is a training event designed to:

• Enhance job skills and provide opportunities to exchange knowledge and ideas with other professionals;
  
• Address major concerns and issues related to elder/adult abuse and neglect;
  
• Elevate public awareness of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of elderly persons and persons with disabilities;
  
• Foster collaboration among those who serve, treat, or represent victims of elder abuse.
